CNC Plasma Cutting

Messer 300 AMP Super High Definition Plasma Cutting Machine with the Following:
  • 10' x 36' cutting table or two zones with 10' x 14' cutting in production
  • Dual Head 300 AMP Hypertherm Super High Definition Plasma
  • Production cutting capabilities up to 2.00" carbon steel
  • Single 300 Amp with 52 degree angle Bevel Cutting Head
All cutting equipment has fittings libraries for cutting most standard fittings. Parts that are thick yet have small holes can be cut by laser and then machined in a cell with the laser/CNC drill tap machine.

Laser and Plasma Products

  • Brackets (flat or formed), flat plates, guards, flanges, washers, heat shields, misc. sheet metal assemblies, and machined-style parts up to 2.00" thick
The laser cutting division is also supported by CNC punching, robotic welding, machine shop, screw machine, and general sheet metal fabrication divisions. Cupples' J&J Company Inc. could fabricate single parts up to entire assemblies.
