Cupples' J&J Company provides Forming with Conventional and CNC Brake Presses and Stamping Presses.
Cupples J&J Company has Forming Equipment as follows;
17 each - CNC Brake Presses with up to 8 axis forming x 12 feet and up to 250 tons.
1 each - 400 Ton CNC Straight Side Gap Frame Hydraulic with 3 axis cnc back-stop
2 each - Conventional Brake Presses with up to 330 tons x 10 feet.
3 each - OBI Type Stamping Presses with up to 95 ton x 55 strokes per minute or 70 tons x 100 strokes per minute
5 each - 3 Roll Pyramid Type Roll Forming Machines
1 ea - Davi CNC 4 Roll Rolling Machine - 1/4" x 72" with Pre-Bend
1 ea - Faccin DP3 Double Pinch Roll - 5/8" x 100" with Pre-Bend, or 3/4" x 50" with Prebend
1 ea - Faccin DP3 2021 Double Pinch Roll - 3/8" x 80" with Pre-Bend, or 1/2" x 50" with Prebend
1 ea - Kohler Leveling Machine with .240 thick x 10.3" width capacity
1 each - 100 Ton Angle, Channel and Beam Rolling Machine
